★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to wait too long . Support are too slow. If you don’t have work in hand then can come for timepass. I came here for purchase a simple Jio fi battery and had wait 1 hour. Never buy electronics of Jio or may be this service Center only have this kind slow response .

Any kind of issue can solve here, like customer issue or retailer help issue,
But no banner shown outside. It is on LG building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service coupled with the worst behavior. Interesting part is that even JC Manager seems helpless before the security person posted at Reception.
They are liar and misbehaves with customers and delays. Asks the customers to wait for long hours intentionally. Horrific.

Couldn't explain the problem.
Rude and ill-mannered representatives.
Bringing down Jio's reputation.
Garia Jio Store did the job in 10minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to buy Jio phone's battery. had to wait for a long time after paying the amount. May be due to lockdown. But overall staffs are good. I asked a staff for Jio Fibre Set top box, he patiently explained me everything in detail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless lazy staff. I've tried to change sim ownership for more than 25 days with all valid document but they're not ready to process. It's better to go with another care. Specially avoid Joy Maiti as he's fraud and not going to help anything. One can escalate to Kolkata Regional Head if they're not responding.
