★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic place , rude owner of the store, don't have manners to treat customers, don't let people enter the shop and look for material, and show them one or two variety of things asked for. Never ever visit them. It's better to go to sector 15 jockey exclusive store rather than going to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience its not a store it's a 3 class shop, Lady owner doesn't have manner to talk & treat.Even she is not showing the variety what you need and having the 2,3 years old stock.Such a pathetic & 3rd class shop never make any purchase from this sector 17 Jockey store. it's better to do online shopping or Elante Mall.

This woman claimed to be the owner of the store, I wanted to buy bras, as soon as I entered the little booth I was told to wait behind a desk, I was wearing an N 95 mask while the so called owner refused to wear a mask, when I asked her to wear one she said she forgot hers at home. Loudly, in front of a male shopper, she shouted out to let me know my bra size which was just shocking, even the gentleman shopper was visibly embarrassed and left the store. I called her aside to confirm sizes according to the brand. She made faces and refused to help. Even the lady who was assisting her was more helpful and trying to help me. At this point I decided to leave the store. Pathetic woman, there is a brand new jockey store opening in Sec 17 opposite sant shoes, would much rather visit that.
Dear owner, … am giving you negative stars if possible, awful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could rate them less than 1. I was there to pick up a t shirt for my husband. The owner (a lady) is extremely rude. She stopped me right at the door as if I’m some untouchable. If you don’t want people entering due to COVID, put up a sign! Or at least speak decently. She was least interested or patient to show me products.
Whenever I asked for a new product she would first spend 5 minutes in packing the old ones which could have been done later given she already stopped me at the door.
Funny thing was she was okay with me trying the pajamas in her trial room which I didn’t anyway. But you can’t enter the store. They really need to hire some sales people if they don’t have customer dealing skills.
