★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service .my mother in law is not well so we wanted 24hrs care taker mr shekar was provided dat service but the girl was not able to manage 24 hrs so we thought of taking 12hrs service like shift wise ,mr shekar said ok vl provide but he didn't turn back only for one day he jst gave excuse like girl is not dng well and next day morning wen I called him he said by evening I vl b der dnt worry we waited till 8 pm nothing reponse from him he was jst disconnecting my call n no reply for massages so it was very bad experience ,at least dey should tell us if dey can't provide the service means vl look for other option .mr shekar dnt repeat this for other patient because u dnt knw wt problems pt and pt family is facing .so Mr shekar just don't give hope to anyone if u can't. Ur not replying for massages nand disconnecting the call what will think u should reply properly dat we r arranging give us some time now dnt blame us we had been waiting for 2days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. One of my relatives have got staff from this agency. The person whom they have sent is not hygiene and does not know how to handle and deal with the patient. He is not is not trained and always busy on phone than taking care of the patient. Hope you will understand the patient condition and situation and accommodate suitable staff.
