β β β β β It is a wonderful hospital .....I think best in Patna for mother and Child. Dr. Shipra Mam is the best. Even all the doctors are best in mother care. Staff and nurses are very polite and caring. Lastly I want to say...If you are having high risk pregnancy....please visit this hospital because it have excellent ICU for mother and NICU for child.

β β β β β Worst patient care and no proper time for appointment. I'm waiting for 4 hours after getting appointment also. Actually I need to give zero star but minimum need to give 1 star, so I gave 1 star.

β β β β β I visited after seeing good good reviews. I paid the premium consultation fee of 800 and waited for 5 hrs. If you really have world of time and patience, try your time.
They rescheduled my appointment when i asked for refund. However I didnβt visit them again.

β β β β β Very very good service.. must visit here ...Dr.shipra mam and the duty doctors were very co-operative and the nurses were too supportive. Whenever we called them they were ready .
And the management was also good

Doctor is so expressive and ready to answer each and every time. Overall m very satisfied in all the aspects. Thanks you so much.

β β β β β Very bad experience. Doctors are not trained enough except Dr Shipra and unfortunately she hardly participate in c-section. Most of the surgeries done by junior doctors and they are not professional. I am still facing consequences of bad surgery.
May be this hospital was good few years ago but as of today this hospital is not at all good.
Many times things got messed up because of human error.
I would suggest please consider other good hospitals instead of choosing Jyoti Punj. No counselling for patient is available. Hospital should work on quality and proper screening of patients. The list is very longβ¦!
AND MOST IMPORTANT THEY DO NOT HAVE VALUE FOR YOUR TIME. FOR ONE TIME VISIT EXPECT 6-7hr. In short u need to spoil whole day.

β β β β β Before delivery i was fan of this hospital. Everything was fine and i was happy. My delivery experience was also good but after that all the nurses and house keeper will ask you for money, Not just one day but each and every day of your stay. For mother this hospital is still good. But for the kids it is really very bad. They will not even touch the baby. Just as formality they will do rounds and ask how is the baby. They will do blood test of the baby but not even ask for the reports. For new born babies, they do not do anything. They don't even think about their responsibility. Just for namesake they do rounds. But as this place is Patna, what else can we expect from this place. It is still better.

Nurses are very friendly nature they always ready to come for help ...
But all house keeping staff of every shift asking money thus is bad
And at reception also they start calling for money as they see
When 8 had told him that I will give you in 20 to 30 min
They ask me for money 3 times in 20 min .....
