I complained about this to KCS, they guided me and resolved my issue and helped me in exchanging my AC, they, i even called him 100 of times, but they received my call each and every time, very sensible and cooperative staff, don't even worry to buy anything from KCS, just buy it, they are the best in Kanpur at affordable prices, surely I'm going to buy each and every home appliance from KCS.
