★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to own a house. Basically middle class people are residing here. It's safe and clean. Maintainence is only 1200. Teanents from Gurgaon should rent a place here 3 bhk would be half of rent in Gurgaon. You can reach Gurgaon or Delhi both are 25 min drive from Kapolei vihar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a AWHO society amidst lot of greenery. Wide roads with all amenities at a stones throw distance. Located at outskirts of city with only 19kms away from south Delhi. U can be on rent here or purchase an apartment. Very peaceful place with their own water harvesting and waste management system.
