★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found KARAN SUNCOST PROJECT ideally located Opp to Rayon International School in Bavdhan. Market / School are adjacent to project. It is well designed gardens, greenery, children play park, open games, Ampi theater, PCC roads. Building is A fully occupied and building B is appears to be booked. Important fact to be mentioned that to avoid the nuisance to flat holders the students / bachelor have been prohibited as a tenant. Very pleasant, peaceful and luxurious living. Excellent residential project. Buying a flat today shall certainly have great appreciation benefit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am pride owner of the 3 BHK flat at "KARAN SUNCOAST" located at Bavdhan, annexed to Chandani chowk Pune. Schools & grocery market are adjacent to the project. Hinjewadi IT park is just 20 minutes' drive. It is well designed, developed with lavish amenities. It is value for money. Flat is handed over to us well before possession due date. Developer & his team are extremely cooperative & respond to flat owners very well with excellent communication & services. Healthy & cordial relations between the developer & flat/land owners. Luxurious & peaceful living since students as tenants not allowed. Already value of flat appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if u are planning to rent a flat here then its not a going to work at all. here more then 3 are not allowed to stay. locality is not good. no nearby markets. also builders and owners don't have good relations due to which tenants have to face the difficulties. so from my suggestion don't rent or buy flats from here.
