★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience.... Worster than worstest.
The Karim's have good name that I heard from my friends but when i went there i have a scary welcome though I pre-ordered the items still they make us to wait around 4o minutes. Then the service staff giving us a ridiculous behaviour. After all the give the dish call "MURG MASALLAM" pictures attached. The food food is so nasty that you don't even smell it. Our excitement suddenly went down to earth. We have a really ridiculous experience out there.
I will suggest my friends to never go there even in emergency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to try nihari and khamiri in Gurgaon without travelling to old delhi.. was apprehensive about visiting Karim’s @ gurgaon sec 14...we ordered chicken malai tikka, mutton nihari and chicken jahangiri along with khamiri rotis.. we were really blown away with the quality of food served.. nihari was well cooked, meat falling off bones and really flavorful.. chicken jahangiri was awsome as well.. all in all an awsome meal..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice restaurant, seems authentic taste though nothing beats original Jama Masjid one love that though this one is close to that one in taste however Need better ambience more parking better seats more cleanliness in restaurant they also deliver to home sometimes not tried though yet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taste of food is just like the Old Delhi's original Karim's but way more expensive. Service is good but ambience is not good. Need to work on furniture and lightning. The place wasn't very crowded even on Saturday night. The coke ordered was flat as they serve fountain coke and not bottle. Overall experience was decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great to be dining at Karims. Used to be a family favourite but have also seen a drunken fight once and now I probably don't feel safe coming here with family. I recently visited after 2years, the kebabs weren't as delicious as before although the chicken Barra was great. Staff has changed and I have mixed reviews about visiting here again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a great name Karim, but use small Chicken pieces with more bone and less flesh in their gravies. It seems they buy cheap chicken stuff and sell them in their fancy restaurants. Very much disapponlinted

Chicken barra was good once only. Didn't like Mutton Nahari and mutton sheek kabab variety that they have.
Guess the quality has been going down day by day.
Hope they live up to the legendary name they carry from ages.
