★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was mediocre and the least efforts were taken to prepare it. We didn't even receive the complete order. There was just one item and they messed up in that as well. Tried to contact them and they finally picked up the call after calling them for over 20 times..plus they gave us assurance that they would call back and resolve the issue but I haven't received any call from their end. Also, there was some issues with the payment. This is not how you treat consumers. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get food from all other restaurants but KFC. More than 1 hour for a bucket delivery. Suggest you get yourself off from zomato, swiggy and all other online pages. It is not in your capacity. First learn the trick of the trade and then get in competition with others.....still waiting for my delivery and the poor delivery boy been waiting plus one hour outside inorbit for the order to be handed over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken was not fresh, it was smelling , the flavouring was not consistent , it was either too much in some places or too little some. The fried chicken had too much oil soaked up. The only thing that was edible was the Zinger . Had to throw away the fried chicken , it was that bad. Not at all the quality of a KFC outlet. It's probably them thinking that if the meat gets old then fry it and sell it, the customer won't notice , because 'Customer toh ullu hai , customer toh pehli baar chicken kha raha hai'.
The app said the items would be delivered within 30 mins, but they took more than an hour.
Trust me order from McDonald's , they don't compromise on the quality of the food .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service Service and again Service is something that really needs to be looked into seriously. Today being a Sunday, you guys weren't busy around 1pm, not even more than 4-5 customers including me and still the orders were getting delayed. As I came to pick my order, that time the ? just was opened from the packet and laid to fry in the deep fryer. Secondly they were so so salty that isn't after 2 pics, rest went straight in the bin as didn't want to return, coz definitely it would have been remixed in the file of ?. The staff ain't happy to serve also but more worried about the customers at their neighbors arc M. Come on guys doesn't work like this. Really disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Classic Zinger Burger and Tandoori Zinger Burger with medium fries and medium Pepsi (ordered another fries and Pepsi by mistake.. didn't know how the order worked maybe the meal combo.. will be careful next time). But it was satisfying and quite good. Loved it
