★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Value remains till you are prospect. Once you become customer, the value is finished. Very non responsive & pathetic behaviour by sales team.
I am amongst first 2-3 customers to book the flat still there was no proper communication about requisition form. After follow ups I got one & filled my change requests & submitted. Even after the form was submitted, things were made the way they want & later they broke & made things again as per form. They say we will ensure you get what you want but what about the damage to flat in making & breaking things again?

Second - June
Latest - Sept
Paying Rent & EMI both!
It is so important to stick to time!
