★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing yoga classes by Kiran sir! Never knew yoga is soo fun till I joined here! All thanks to Kiran sir! He corrects every posture while doing asanas, takes attendance regularly and encourages everyone to push themselves to do more and become more flexible! Also, sir organizes regular trekking for the trainees, so if you are someone who loves trekking, this the best place for you to join! By the way, to remove all the Monday blues we face, sir organizes Zumba classes every Monday and it's super fun! Would recommend everyone to join and experience the wonderful dimensions in yoga!

Beginners friendly, the place is really peaceful ( inside the Central park) and Kiran sir explains in an easy manner along with mentioning the benefits of every Asana. Every day different schedule is followed so that the session would always be interesting. Overall, a good option for anyone to maintain their mind and body in a healthy and peaceful state.
