Service is interrupted for an hour or more almost everyday.... when in need none of them attend the call, even sometime they disconnect call. BUT THEY WILL BE CALLING CUSTOMERS 7 DAYS PRIOR TO EXPIRY DATE, IF POSSIBLE 20 TIMES A DAY. ..................... IN BRIEF DISGUSTING.
SPECIALLY THE CALL ATTENDANT @CUSTOMER CARE , ALWAYS PUTS THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER, AND A BIG LIAR . AND A LOT OF OTHER ISSUE.
I HAD TO GIVE THEM 1/5 RATING AS THERE'S NO -VE RATING AVAILABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service providers in Kolkata. Kindly refrain from availing his internet services. The vendor, Chandan Roy, doesn't respond to calls if you complain against him and you'll be stuck without internet for weeks. Look for other ISPs in Bhawanipur.
