★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's number 1 place to live in Wagholi. Very nice, neat and clean society. Lots of open space, jogging track garden all the amenities are available. No water issues. Dedicated staff to take care of society.

Also there is a small market just besides this residency where everything is available and also bus station is very near
Society is very well maintained and cleanliness is very good
There is also a garden for children and the garden is also kept very clean and maintained very well
Overall impressed with the facilities provided

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better projects from Karia and best in Wagholi from them in terms of size of flats, open space, project planning & location. More importantly, even after 12+ years this society is very well maintained. It's clean & green. Over the years this society has also adopted to new and innovative ideas. Rooftop solar project for energy generation, water monitoring system, waste segregation are to name a few. People here stay together like a one big family. One of the best places to live.
