On top of being rude and obnoxious, having no sense of how to talk to customers, they have a patronizing attitude towards every customer.. There are a lot of other well behaved, well mannered brokers who operate in that area. Or else better to go through nobroker or nestaway... Avoid them at all costs !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my experience Geeta mam and her husband were very sweet and helpful. But unfortunately they broker properties of people like Radhika Birla that are hell bent on conning people. Be mindful of that when you go here to find yourself a property cause dealing with Radhika Birla will be the worst experience of your life. She will tirelessly annoy you when she wants your money and will block your numbers or insult you when it's time to pay you back. Eventually yes, Radhika Birla will steal and run with your money. That's how I reckon she makes all the money she so arrogantly flaunts. So I highly recommend Life Real Estate but stay clear from anything that's affiliated to Radhika Birla or SK Associates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent from this real estate agent. They will not give your security back. They deducted 7500 from my security in the name of wear and tear charges. She will talk nicely in the beginning but at the time of leaving, she will be rude like anything. Beware !!! Theives!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't even think about going to this agent. Such ridiculous services. Text book definition of 'Kam chor' people. And lady in charge is so so so disrespectful to the customers. She does not know how to talk to customers. So unprofessional. No one should go to them. I sometimes wonder how can people like these exist and still earn money. If I had time, I would sit next to their shop just to tell coming people not to go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst broker in Pune. At the time when you take the flat the talk to nicely but when you leave the property they say now I dont have any responsibility. To maintain relations with property owners they won't even try to make any solution my whole deposit is eaten up and they say I don't any responsibility. Very unprofessional and worst broker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are highly professional. I had rented a flat through them and I was to shift urgently.I went to them and requested to give me the possession.
I was not having cheque book to give the deposit money. Without any second thought they handed over the key and told me to give the deposit cheque later on. This is what the quality of service and the faith they have in their customer. I am really grateful to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. The flat owners doesn't return the deposit and the broker is also not helpful with these kind of issues. Don't even think to go to this agent. Your deposit money will be stuck.
