They are charging Debit card charges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kya aap private Bank me Sarkari DAFTAR DEKHNA CHAHTE HE...TO AAJ HI KOTAK BANK VISIT KARE....third class SERVICES BY staff.....opened a Bank account online they Said need to visit the Branch, what a sense to open account online then...I visited the branch where female employee done all the formalities still after 1 week there is no response and still MY account is frozen....I have deposited a good amount initially IN TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND right now I am unable to use my own money...pathetic staff 3rd class services...untrained Staff never go for this Bank...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, always given false commitment, no one has good knowledge, the executive does not understand the pain of customer. Not picking up the call, don't have an idea about the process.
1. Never share Sanction latter only making excuses.
2. They don't have knowledge about their own system, even senior managers do not respond properly on time.
Note: Never go Kotak bank Branch.
Bank ad par faltu me paisa kharch kar rahi hai aapke employee to sahi kar lo pahle.
