★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a very convenient place to wait for buses. No KSRTC representative here to guide passengers. No help desk. No place to sit or even place the luggage while waiting. Crowded on weekends. No shelter or seating arrangements or rest room facilities here for passengers. Government really has to look into improving the facility here to help commuters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place to board a bus. You may have to jump a small wall and it's dangerous. There's a bus stand near by and still bus won't come there . I don't know why. People will often confused about the boarding point

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no clarity on whether the bus will stop on service road or the adjacent main road.its tough to board the bus with luggage if takes the road other than where one is waiting.traffic on the road is always heavy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot many passengers will be waiting especially during the night times, there will be kids and ladies, the staff will close the pickup point at around 10.30 pm.
No proper sitting place available here, after the pickup point is closed the passengers are forced to wait on the footpath.
Its better to shift this pickup point some good place nearby. Basaveshwara bus terminal is one of the good option,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not at all a Good place for passengers to wait for the buses.we will be not aware weather on which side the bus will arrive. we have to make sure about it and it's dangerous if the bus arrives on the other side of the divider. Passengers need to cross the divider to catch the bus which is really ridiculous. i recommend the Govt to look into all the boarding points and make sure the pick up points have the basic facilities which makes passengers feel bit satisfaction.
