★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Placement of place but has less place to sit ,cannot accommodate more people inside office.
Accessible through Yeswanthpur Metro station.
Just opposite Yeswanthpur railway station (Tumkur road side).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nobody picks up the call. Phone no is given just for name sake. Hardly five people can sit inside. More than 100 watts outside. I have 2 star for the person who was there to answer our questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated right next to the govardhan theater and close to the yeshawantpur metro and railway station. The place is very small and can fit a Max of 10 people inside the office. There is no cover against Rain or bad weather and there is no seating available here as well. There is a public washroom close by and enough places selling a lot of junk food. Most of the ksrtc busses stop in front of this place and most commuters are also seen thronging in front of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the worst place to get info about KSRTC busses
They guy there was very rude and made me wait 30 mins on the road saying the bus will be here in 5 mins. After 30 mins I called the customer care of KSRTC as I wasn't getting any proper Information here and they told me the bus had been cancelled and the same was intimated to all booking centres.
I feel KSRTC should hire people who actually would do their job (this guy was on a personal call the whole time and gave me wrong info)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Retiring room facility by the State carrier. Poorly maintained. People have to wait in the foot path/ Road to board the bus. When small private carriers can provide retiring/ place to sit inside why can't the govt. Take steps to do it. Faced a tough time travelling with children / infants
