I am very disappointed because I visit thrice your lenskart store near dandi Swami mandir ludhiana. There is no staff for attending me and which staff is available they are already attending multiple customers. After seeing this I feel this is a local shop where shop owner try to minimise staff strength. I saw your staff is running here and there for attending querys but due to no proper staff strength available in Outlet. Today I came out third time. I was thinking on my first and second visit might be due to some other issue strength is less but today I feel you don't have enough strength for your outlet. I have one suggestion increase your staff strength else shut down the outlet.

There was Ashish who did my eye check up and he satisfied me with all the questions I asked regarding my problem.i am fully satisfied with staff service and moreover he is a great guy.

In addition to this.... the eye test which was taken at brs nagar was not at all appropriate but civil lines branch staff was much more experience and well mannered. so one must visit for happy shopping.
