★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to.be more open to probable customers .. selling the flats showing a glamorous show flat doesnt always serve the purpose. If clients are given a feel of the project which are ready for handover in reality instead of model will create a difference

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not allow to visit your purchased flat even after 2 months for the possession period. They just say we will show you the building from outside which we saw in last 3 years.
I do not understand their policy for the same
The behaviour of the staff is way different while to purchase the flat.
Once you purchase they do not entertain you.
Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer care (Shubham and Himanshu to be accurate). They are rude, inexperienced and not at all interested. They are just juniors and immature and act like Civil engineers.
Lodha doesn't allow people to see actual flats which they are going to buy. They should decide based on sample flats only. You won't know the view from your flat. Ventilation etc.
Construction quality is below average. Carpet size is 526 sq.ft. for 2BHK which is too small for the huge amount charged.
The sales people don't disclose this carpet area and stick to 585 sq.ft. which includes dry area.
They call you at least 5 times a day even after a year of visiting sales office once they get your number. DO NOT VISIT THEM. They are desparate to sell their low quality flats. STAY AWAY.
