Owner will not take responsibility not even lift the call if any problem is there he comes only take rent every month ... dogs will be coming inside the pg .. worst worst & worst pg ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for bachelor, Owner and staff members are helpful , good maintained , good food ,filtered water, two whiler and four whiler parking , WiFi , Two sharing room, Three sharing room. Owner provide bed and Cupboard. Nearar from shell petrol pump.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pg owner Bhaskar Reddy is a very good man unless other pg we get 3 times food. The pg was opened on 2 nd December 2016 comparively preety new as compared to others. Very close to Dmart and xion mall you will get all necessary thing around it.
The.best part of the pg is open from two sides and doesnt have building around it the Terrace is really awesome. Like other pg it have cctv geyesr and WiFi the speed of WiFi is really decent it also have parking facility to park vehicle. The owner of the pg and owner of the building stay in the building only but it never cost any problems. Due to owner of the building also stays proper care of the building is taken on completion of one year minor fixes were repaired. The pg also have interlocking facilities and hinges are attached to the door so it gets automatically close.
Nice place to stay if you are looking pg.

Triple sharing room rent: 5500/- (food included)
Double sharing: 6500/- (food included)
AC room with double sharing: 8000/- (food included)
Each room has attach bathroom and one Balcony with it.
Good cleaning service, Good food quality. Every floor has individual fridge., every room has television. Attractive dining area on the ground floor. You can also take your meal in your room.
