Unwelcoming behavior at the estimation stage itself helped (in a way!) to decide not to go further with them for any kind of real work. Understanding customer needs and creating a solution as per their budget is the key to success in today's tough times, but this agency seemed happy to earn the visit charges and not explore any further into bringing in any innovation into their design. After their paid visit, never felt that they really want to work on a project with a budget constraint, and that is where other agencies scored brownie points over Luxerior. I selected another agency who gave a much better committed solution near to my budget. My recommendation- Dont go by the jazz on the website.. Best to stay away...!
