★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While they have good print quality, the service is quite poor in terms of understanding client needs and communication. I am sharing a snippet of my experience with them. I had to get around 500 pages of colour prints of professional quality. When I had enquired about the availability of resources and staff, i was told that everything is available, which is expected given that they are quite a prominent establishment in the region.
However, after printing one set, they inform that they don't have the paper i need, and they can't provide it in they next 24 hours. I ask them to print all the documents and that i would collect it the next day, but i found that they didn't do they work in the expected time, nor did they inform about the delays. After a point i was just stuck with their poor behaviour. In the last stage, during binding, they tell me that they don't have the covers, only a few left, that too, covered with dust and scratches.
They don't check the alignment, or if they printed things correctly and you are responsible for checking their work, which is something that can happen at some local shop, and is very unprofessional. I ended up with a few incorrectly find pages. A person even answered my urgency with a phrase that "this is not a fast food industry, things don't happen that way."
So something that was supposed to be printed in a few hours took nearly 2 days. Some staff is professional and helped up with adjusting layouts for bleed compensation, but overall, it's a poor experience and i am sure there are better printers with similar quality and superior experience.
