★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park is located in pocket D-11, Sector 7 Rohini, right beside the street where the Saturday market starts.
I won't call it a very well maintained park because the cleanliness is not a big concern here, while it should be.
In the evening and morning hours, yoga, RSS and similar groups of elder people routinely come here to get a better health. Apart from the groups, people can be seen walking, jogging around the park in the morning individually. So these hours are good to visit there. The rest of the day, daily wage workers probably stay and litter the park, which makes it unpleasant. There is also a small gym which is in okay shape. Parents bring their kids in the evening so it makes the place decent again and at night it is completely empty so not very safe.
Final verdict : The park is located in a residential area and hence is good to visit in morning and evening hours for walking, jogging, yoga, to sit around and talk or just bring your kids. The gym is accessed by people throughout the day so I don't feel it's hygienic.
