Construction is not best but good compared with other virar properties.
Most flats are vastu considered.
Location is good connecting yo global city and dmart. Also at corner of developed area which helps to get fresh air.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crack in all the walls papdi issues in all the walls, bathroom tiles crack since position take, for ceiling crack in bad room as well as hall,
Quality of material is very bad,
And last but not the least
After sales service is very very bad.
Don't trust sales men's they are lieing.
Fake commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance amount taken by us in 2019 in cash of 2 years at the time of possession but we are not getting services against that.. there are many issues in the building like
1) Sand particals is there in the Water which we Get, they not provide water timely.
2) Electricity - MSCB connection is not there and they charge High rate per unit that is 9rs per unit
3) Many times found lift not working and only one lift is operational from possession time
4) Water leakage in flats
5) Paint pailing
6) floor Tiles gap noise - poor tiling
7) Fire safety - only board installed without connection
8) Manual Electricity bill ( Electricity bill we are getting in excell sheet from builder office)
9) No record of electricity units are consuming by flat
10) Cleaning is not maintained in building and on all floors or staircasses
11) No CCTV installed
12) Plumbing issue
13) Builder coordinator and cooperation is not positive
People are facing a lots of problem daily due to above mentioned points.
People are using stairs for going up and down.
*Here feels like we did wrong investment*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multi storey tower opposite Acropolis Tower in Global City, HDIL layout in Virar west. Currently roads to access this tower are not in good conditions. Parking facility is very less according to number of flats in society. Children play area is available. Two lift facility available in tower. If you want to invest in property for future gain, you can try your luck here. After all ball is in your court.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the start it was like just water issues but slowly slowly got to know many many issues are coming up and management team is not good at all. Water, tiles, water logging, bathroom tiles, plumbing issues, fire safety issues, wall papdi, electric bill, only 1 phase electricity, lift problems, less security people to handle all work, less cleaning people, garden has become like a drought place ?
