★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DONOT VISIT MALABAR Hadapsar...not a satisfactory treatment at malabar...when we purchased a item at malbar.while purchasing staff was good and polite but while exchanging the same item had a very negative treatment..They always have some hidden things which they will never tell you..while buying they promised something different and while exchanging something different..they were not specific..also when we went back with the credit note to them they even did not have courtesy to check if the item has exchanged and come back..directly they said that ur coming before 45 days, you will not be entertained...also when asked about how will be they reaching out to us..received very negative response from them..I strongly believe CUSTOMER SATISFACTION should be your top most priority..and it should not be based on your convenience and your exchanging rate of gold...very negative vibes about it..I don't think i will ever visit this again especially when u other options like PNG / Ranka / Chandukaka Saraf / Kalyan jewellers on the same road

Bought one Gold bracelet which got broken from middle within a week, now the team Malabar is saying its common, and according to them 18 Carat gold breaks so easily. Now they are repairing the same at customer's cost and telling it may break again..
They have only 7 days exchange/return policy
AND that only in same shop not available PAN india.
If you want to exchange later be ready to see 30-35% drop in actual price.
