★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my car serviced today but it was not a pleasant experience and I will not return to them for servicing again. There are better paid services at the private dealerships.
SA Mr. Mantosh Kumar Singh quoted Rs. 7950 (Coolant, Brake Fluid Petrol, Engine Oil + paid service charges). That quotation sounded obnoxious to me so I decided to take my car and leave.
Then he made me speak to his manager Mr. Manoj who immediately brought down the cost to Rs. 5200, only because I said I had a quotation from Kalyani Motors for the same amount.
This was handled very poorly especially I still don't think I got charged fairly. Had I said I've a quotation for Rs.4000, maybe they would have matched that too.
This is unprofessional and not pleasant. Please speak with your SA to NOT inflate the cost so much thinking customers are that naïve because they're not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maruti Suzuki ARENA is located near Phoenix Marketcity. It's opposite Phoenix Marketcity. And it's about 6km approx from Marathalli. Services are good here in this location. I have purchased my 1st vehicle "Maruti Suzuki Dzire" in white color. All the services and processes went well. Especially the staffs are very good.
