He continuously followed up for all information, paperwork, suggestions on accessories very promptly. I'm really happy with his service and would recommend Amol for any future buyers at Snehal Autoriders. Overall the place is good, they attend guests well, even earlier representative Hrushikesh was also really good. He arranged test drive for ertiga really well. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had very bad experience with this service station.Pathetic low class behavior by service advisor Kedar. He was behaving like prime minister of the country. I went to them for getting my car checked because few days back I was stuck in flood like situation caused due to heavy rain on 14 October. When I went to the service station Kedar ( service advisor) was not even talked to me properly. He didn't looked at the car, wasn't looking happy to do the work.This was the most ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was planning to buy WagonR CNG model.One of friend recommended me this showroom.no doubt, their after sale service is good. Sales person has good knowledge but I experienced a bit arrogancy in their tone. Sales person clearly mentioned that unless you perchase accessories near about 30k from showroom, we will not deliver a car. This seems strange to me. As accessories are not mendatory parts.They are totally customer choice. They started arguing with me. This approach has changed my mind to go with another dealer. Also they creates lot of confusions in mind regarding maruti insurance. And also booking amount is almost doubled (10k) compared to other dealers. After having these all discussions, finally waiting period has given as 4-5 months. Means they are going to use your money for 4-5 months, without giving interest. Must think. I was feeling like I literally wasted my time by visiting this place.
