★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience! Firstly you will get a call from receptionist or someone a hundred times throughout the year that the car service due date is coming. Everyone is too busy once you enter the center no proper person who tells what needs to be done, its like a very old style of working where it feels thdy don't need you infact you need them more. The prices are high. The exit process is quite bad, the vehicles are kept too crammed and additional 15-20 mins gets required to get your vehicle out. Infact they won't hand over the car to you until you keep requesting to get your car out and in my case i drove it myself from inside. The cleaniness was not at par.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I DROP MY BALENO CAR FOR INSURANCE COVER, AFTER REPAIRING THEY DO WRONG CONNECTIONS IN DRIVING SEAT DOOR. THEY SEND EXECUTIVE TO MY HOME FOR CHECKING THE PROBLEM BUT HE IS NOT ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. AFTER TALKING TO GENERAL MANAGER I WILL SEND MY CAR AGAIN AND THEN THEY RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. THE FIRST MAN WHO REASSEMBLE THEY ARE NOT SCREWING PROPERLY. VERY DISAPPOINTED TO VIPUL MOTORS.
