★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend is living in mathadi building,,,He gives 10500 rent for room,,,room is small 1 bihk,,,but very nice and comfortable for married couple with one child,,,I would say ,,,rent is also affordable,,and good facilities with clean,,and spacious ,,nice security of building,,,It is 21 floor building
