★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Price wise cheap, but service wise pathetic. If you call customer care to complain any issue no one will pick the call, by mistake if someone picks they will lodge the complaint formally but no action will be taken, you have to follow up 'n' number of times('n' value depends on your luck) and at last they will give local operator number to co-ordinate. When you call these guys they will tell they did not get any info regarding our complaint, if you insist then they will tell in half our they will visit the place and resolve issue. Again same story, you need to follow up again and again. This entire process will take atleast 12 hours if you continuously follow up, or else it may take weeks to resolve.
I am not sure why customer need to follow up with local operator, its customer care guys job who is sitting in office. If local operator is not working then fire him or else fire customer care executive who is unable to manage or else close the service.
I am having broadband connection at home still i am posting it with mobile internet.
