★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience and Service. Only this branch give this kind of late/poor service, other branches in patna are very punctual and understands customer's urgency/need. They said that my phone's parts have come in patna delivery station but not delivered yet to their service centre. They can't even contact to that delivery station/person to deliver the parts urgently. A.D Enterprises is just sitting back and relaxing and hibernating. After 10 day also they are saying "aaj ho jayega, kl mil jaega, etc". They dont give a damn to the customer's time and urgency.
If there would be an option of 0 star, I would rather give them stars in negative.

They will hold your smartphone for 10 days to change motherboard.
There must be an option to pre order parts to be convenient for the Customer.
