Had complained about the component replacement, and immediately received call from Mini circuits, after discussions with them found out that the middleman to whom I gave motherboard to get it repaired was only responsible for Processor replacement. Even if it was only my fault Mini Circuit felt embarrassed and even it was out of warranty they repaired it without any additional cost and even gave me the Processor from their stock and replaced it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This looks like a very unprepossessing place, literally a hole in the wall with a grill that you hand your motherboard through, with piles of others stacked up inside. There is no receipt or confirmation, keep track of your cpu and ram. Other hardware not required. Your name is written on the board.
Proof of the pudding is in the eating, so I waited until I got my mobo back before commenting. Alas, they could not fix it, citing IC issues. When you come out of the gully on the main road, Neotech is opposite where you can buy a new mobo.

Edit - I had my motherboard repaired, but it stopped working in 2 days. I sent it again, they said the mobo is dead.

I googled and got ther contact. The staff is very co-operative and helpful in nature. If all doctors have declared your laptop dead... :) Do reach out to Mini Circuits. They do miracles. Special thanks to Patel Mam, who understood the issue and gave me perfect solution. No shutdown issue, no heating issues. Finnally, there was a solution.
God bless you and your entire staff who is so co-operative & solution focused. 6 years and the service quality is still top quality.
My suggestion is that you start repairing mobile, audio system & TV LCD boards as well. People will definate choose you.
