★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's an okay PG, food has to be improved as the cook lacks consistency, maintenance is very poor including cleanliness and any complaints if raised is not attended or actioned. It's more apt for people who are staying for short term however for longer period you may get fed up staying. Overall the people who stay in general are really on short term basis, like students or someone who has come on project visit. People are very decent and fun loving. You can opt to stay here but please visit, verify and get details before you finalise.
Whether am telling lies or just posting it to spoil them is very much visible on my personal chat with Rakesh borkar - owner of Moraz, also there are people who spit Paan on the stairs and shared an image. I let you people to decide further. However my comments are genuine and a fact. I have always shared a feedback thinking they will improve, at the end Rakesh asked me to leave because I offered a job for one of his staff,when the staff asked me for a job stating he is not happy working at moraz, for which rakesh termed it as "Inappropriate Behavior".??
