★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel like trapped in big scam! Now they r posting replies to save their image...but they know inside what they did. No such condition was mentioned in their meridian application form. In their Meridian Project form, they clearly mentioned Rs.25,000 will be deducted, if you surrender, but now they say nearly 60,000/- will be deducted. Their customer care is so rude in behavior, not ready to listen anything. They smartly hide the number of floors in the building, it is mentioned nowhere in their ads or project details on their website. Even when I inquired calling their office they didn't tell until the last moment. I am going to complaint HRERA now, but suggest you to dont get in to this mental agony, as this affordable housing is seems kind of trap for the middle class. They are making high rise building in the no man's land and deducting huge money if you surrender the flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked a shop in mrg bazaar90 .... at the time of booking they are saying you have 60 days for first payment but after a week they are mailing me continuous for the payment.... and pressuring us for delta payment.... now I am thinking to step back from this project.... totally fraud builder... be aware

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New Team and good project. But they have to work on quality of material being used in Balcony. Overall construction progress is satisfactory bit late so need to catch-up. If they want to compete with well established Signature global then they have to really work hard. No project yet delivered- so can not make comments on overall quality and delivery experiance. I don't know how people are making comments on quality, Have they visited or the agents who sold and make comission only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't invest in this company. They are making money by opening different -different company and transfer fund to abroad. The main guy is Kashi Nath Shukla and he is transferring fund one company to other company. He also appoint lower level employee as a director of the company. There are several case which are pending before the NCDRC. So don't invest your money with this builder.
