 It takes a lot of time to understand what the problem is but the officers are humble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im sharing my experience here. Office time is 10.30pm - 2pm i reached office at 10am. with my bill change of name issue since document already submitted in 11 sept 2019. It was 11am now but the responsible person was not there. A city of Nerul, seawood which comprises of 1-2 lac people come daily there for their electricity issues in that office which has only 3 working staff. At end finally someone came and attended my issue. and again i got same reply " i will check the document and call you". . It was brutal. beleive me, after standing in queue for this long and fighting with them to come on time and attend their duty. They are recieving the new application but they are unaware that since 2019 one application of name change is still pending.Even their own condition was not good, the way they were sitting near live electric meters and switch gear.
