★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have take an apartments at MVV Ozone, and my experience so far is excellent. They provide complete flexibility in terms of accommodating our preferences. They are the top quality construction company in town and so is the transaction with them, very professional and very prompt. In one word - they are very RELIABLE. I am excited to buy my first house with them, and they are making sure my experience remains memorable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have proper or official website. Very less information about them in online. They have number of ventures in and near Visakhapatnam. But only one or two ventures have information about them. Very poor presence in online.

The timings are horrible and they will treat you as an animal
The construction quality is ok
But the price is too high as we get only walls for 1cr and again for wood work it costs more than 5lakhs
So not worth the money
Instead take a second hand flat.

Lift is meant for builder himself and his staff and it works on thumb biometric Authorization.
As a customer, you need to walk two floors.
Rest of things like staff, builder office seating area, location is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst builder I have seen. This I am commenting after seeing the construction quality at MVV Pallavi, LB colony. Cheap materials used. None has been constructed according to the specifications. Beams are the pillars of any construction, but in this case they cannot even construct the beam properly. You will see large gaps in the ventilation windows and windows in the bedroom. Even the window grills don't fit properly. Looking at their construction I feel, a small mestri would do proper work. Supervisors are the worst of their kind.
