★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad service. we booked a cab to mysuru from Bangalore. he sent us a payment link where we paid 500 INR with his words that the cab is near to our hotel. we waited for 4 hrs and after multiple driver change and cab change he finally cancel our order. with a promise that he will be refunding our advance. but till date he had not. we are now filling a police complainant against him.
so guys dont go for any of such cabs or ratter hire cabs from OLA where you will get the cabs for sure. or rather take volvo service of KRTC.
