But there us lack of transportation facility it is about 2 km away from GT road .
Best malls like thi,ansal,parker mall are so much nearby to this colony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have shifted in My floor 2 from Delhi due to parking, traffic and pollution. I was exited for this shifting but all wa a dreamGood things 1. Location 2. Greenery. 3. Price. 4. Water availabilty. 5. Parking space. 6. Residents are cooperative and helpful in nature. 7. Registered RWA. 8. Bad Things about My floor-2. A. Maintanence- there are no proper mali, sanitary worker, and guard. B. Electricity problem- minimum 10 hrs electricity cut daily. C. Street light condition is very poor- underground wire are brusted. No any action was taken after making continue complaint for last October, 2017 to May 2018 D. No drinking water- they supply ground water without any treatment which is not drinkable. You have to install personal RO and water softener. E. No arrangement for sewer water. No sewer treatment plant installed since 2014. They pass all sewer water in a small pond just near to play ground which smell very bad.
OVERALL RESULT-1 If u are fed up with Delhi pollution, parking problem and traffic and have your own transport arrangement then it's good for u.
2. If u are looking for flats with good mentainence than think 100 times before Purchasing any TDI property.
3. It's good for environment. But bed for facilities.
4. You have to visit 5 km for electricity recharge and complaints regarding mentainence.

-healthy environment
-pollution free
-close to highway
-large open spaces and parks
-wide avenues
-cheap rates of property
The only disadvantage is that due to low residents, not much resources are available nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to spend the time. It is an area full of greenery around. You can get relaxed from the hectic City life here. The only problem you will face here is the transportation. As you won't be getting any transport to fetch you from TDI City My Floor 2 to the highway. That's why I degraded it from 5 stars to 4 star
