When I opened the box phone instrument had manufacturing defect, I visited again to the store for change the set but they told me that I have to go jio costumer service center. I have very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff. Least interested in serving customers apparently they are just there to chit chat . One of the guys abused the customer who just left literally in front of my brother. They charge you for a duplicate sim which is free . Very rude in talking. Had the worst experience.

Staff is there but they were not interested to sell or understand your issues.... They were busy in talking to each other and having fun ? .... Which is good but atleast they need to serve there customers first... India hai boss...ye sab to hoga hi....
