★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not even close to third class service in fact more worse than that. I ordered seafood from this outlet of Nature's Basket online and my only mistake was complete reliance on them. The order was cancelled from their end at the last moment stating 'operational issues' is the worst case of fail service for any multi chain grocery shop network. If you can't operate and deliver better don't display the product at the first place. Better to look around other options available over Nature's Basket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service provided. Had promised delivery within 90 mins. I placed order at 5pm and even at 9pm they are saying it will take more time, they cannot tell how long. Staff are very rude on the phone, they don't care if parcel reaches or not. No tracking sent. Most horrible service. Absolutely disappointed. Not ordering from natures basket ever again.
