★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was no star i ordered from zomato 4 tea and one thepla at 10 40 and the person delivered at 11 25 and i live in lotus colony near rashmisha hopital which is 5 mts away by bike so i spoke with the zomato persons name was mr mayur he said the probleum was in restaurant so i called the owner and the owner spoke with me in rude manner and said i gave on time i dont know you speak with zomato the guy could not apologize for his mistake and when i told him please take the order back he said talk to zomato i have my own restaurant in kuwait and i have been in hospitality and we must understand the customer and these people think they own a restaurant they have bad Attitude i am really upset with the service of these people they need to learn how to deal with the angry customer so i request stop paying even one rupees to restaurant like this as they dont deserve our respect because they dont understand our problem now the owner is not picking up the phone and hiding because its his mistake i request you owner come speak to me
