★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't believe them, on what they are saying before you entering to PG. At the end of the day if you want to change PG to some where, they will not return advance. Food is not up to the mark , surrounding is not clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maintenance is good. And if problem arise ,immediately they will respond. Parking is available. Best part is 'pg is surrounded with different types of shops(bakery,saloon,general stores,hardware,tiffin centre etc)'.

2.Pg surroundings are also not good.pg front side is full of wastes.
3.Very very cunning people.
4.Trick you with their words.
5.They never return your advance.
6.And also they will that junction box missing.tv remote missing,you only took (but the actual fact is they only keep things with them and simply blame on us for the sake of keeping advance money with themselves).
7.PLEASE NEVER EVER BELIEVE THEM.
8.PLZ DONT GO THERE.
9.THEY WILL TRAP YOU WITH THEIR WORDS.
10. ONLY BAD FEELING THAT I HAVE NOW IS THAT THERE IS NO OPTION TO GIVE *ZERO* STAR

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad pg , facilities are not good .pg front side is the place where everyone put dust.Bad for your health.They wont return advance.Dont believe on them.They will brainwash your brains with their words.At the end only you come to know about them.And also they ask original documents for proof.wifi also don't work at most of the times. Food is also not upto the mark.
Frnds, Please dont go there.Instead of that search for other pgs around that area.you will get good pgs at the rate of 4000 to 4500.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst PG in Hoodi, They will ask to give your original documents at the time of joining, while you ask they say they need proof. They won't return advance you paid before while you vacate the pg, they nicely assure you that they return it in future, but they blame you instead of giving your advance back. We lost 3500₹.

Like:
1: We returned advance to your frnd.
2. Things are missing. So that we won't return advance
3.And they also tell we need some time, after that they will not return at all.
Kindly plz never ever don't choose this pg.

I stayed in this pg 2 months ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't choose this PG, Very worst room and bathrooms, it's not cleaning properly. They will not return advance amount and asking asking next month rent while relieving from PG if not willing to pay that amount they will lock the person or things in a room. Behave like local rowdies. Me and my roommates losed RS.17,500. We are helpless on that place.

Conjusted room bathrooms are not clean. No maintenance. They act nicely in front of everyone but they are not trust worthy.you can get much better PG Than this one. please don't get trapped there.
