★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst salesmanship.. their salesman Madan Kumar is big time fraud,, beware before buying anything from them.. asked for 5 star ac, quote for 5 star, brought 5 star but got delivered 3 star ac.. can't claim because communication was verbal.. so don't trust their words,, whatever they say, keep on record.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. The staff who sold me washing machine committed a blunder. He sold the machine on 27th january. My aged parents who ate 70 plus went to his shop and he marked the bill as 27.1.2020. My parents also didn't check. On reaching home when LG ENGINEER came for installation he pointed out the mistake. On frequent calling him the shopkeeper refused to send the bill and insisted on mailing it. His language.was also rude.
Can a senior citizen time and again visit his shop.
Secondly why the owner has employed such a staff who is so careless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased 2 Daikin AC and experience was very bad. Both AC was internally damaged.I am under the impression that pankaj electronic has products which are damaged. Customer service is also very poor. i Don't recommend anyone buying products from there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is the sub sub dealer of Daikin . Also the shopkeeper's attitude is friendly when you are buying an item. When it comes to giving service , he very rude. He does not pick up the phone.Apparently as per Daikin the servicing company he uses is not authorized by Daikin to do the installation of Daikin Products. The photo of burnt Daikin AC is attached .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chor company they had previously a branch in Laxmi Nagar now closed I bought window Ac hitachi brand, when I bought using hdfc card, they said I will recieve cashback but none was . They did not register me for free service for one year. by the time I went there, shop was closed, also while installation they took charge of wood work but used cardboard instead, did not wait for me to bring wood for boundary of ac

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the AMC which they give and installation which they provide from their side for any product. They have tie ups with third party vendors for AMC and installation. AMC and installation from any third party is not valid and brand of product does not take guarantees for any form of third party tie ups.

Most of the electronics are very old and once you purchase they won't work
Owner MR Pankaj will say arrogant words like
"I am not sitting inside the product"
"I did not make it in my home"
