★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is quite old society, it is has 2 standalone towers with 6 storeys. The lift is quite old and goes out of service quite often. The flats are quite spacious, 750+ carpet area for a 2bhk.
Rent is very high in this society, despite there are no amenities to offer other than a small park. The only positive part is this society is well connected, you'll get essential services, pharmacy, etc near you. This area is prone to power cuts very frequently and sometimes it goes for like 6 hours plus. During rains, power cut is very often, no solution to that. There are network issues as well in this society even for the road facing flats.
