★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We thought it would never happen. Searching clinics, trying to discover why we couldn’t get pregnant, finding somewhere that could finally give us answers(and results) was extremely frustrating.
Dr. Malik and her team made our dreams come true of adding babies (Hanaya (girl), 17 dec 2019 and Devansh (boy), 20 oct 2021) to our family. After years of trying on our own and going through other fertility Doctors, we had almost but given up on the ability of having children. Dr. Malik never gave up on us and continued to work with us through the options that were available to us.
If you’re looking for the absolute best care for IVF, I highly recommend Dr. Sonia Malik. She is excellent in every way. And so is every single one of the nurses and the staff. They are all extremely welcoming, kind, and professional. They care so much about each patient individually and about their outcome. Dr. Malik is genuinely cares for every patient’s outcome and for each person’s well-being. She has done everything in her power to make sure that I would get the best outcome from my treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable in this field. She is so careful in assessing the entire woman’s health that She does not miss any details that may compromise the outcome.
They made my dreams of expanding my family come true and I cannot thank them enough.
We are SOOOO happy we found this place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are presently taking treatment from their Vasant Vihar clinic.....our experience till date is wonderful.....My first meeting was with Dr. Sonia Malik and thereafter I am being take care of by Dr. Vandana Bhatia. Dr. Vandana Bhatia is truly committed to her work and is very caring and supportive. She explains each and every thing in detail and understands the pain and suffering of her patients. Ms. Rita at the desk is so polite that all your worries go away seeing her smile and gives a motherly touch. She has always cooperated with me to connect me to the doctor whenever required. Sister Tessee provides full support to her patients and explains all the things with full dedication. Under her guidance my fear for injections has also gone away as she explained to me the breathing technique to be followed at the time of taking the injection.

It was an excellent journey where the doctors patiently explained every step and answered all of our queries. At times we did have to wait to get our reports but I believe that’s part of the process. I found the entire staff at Southend Fertility humble, courteous and very helpful. Not just the doctors but each member supported us whenever needed. She goes even beyond that by answering the queries and solving the problems over the call and WhatsApp & that too instantaneously.
It's difficult to understand that how she manages to divide her time between her patients and own family. She is a rare mixture of beauty, brains and heart.
