I go to Nykaa Luxe in the mall regularly because I own a luxury salon in the mall and Beauty n beauty products go hand in hand. Yesterday I was pressed for time, was talking to another staff, I was struggling to explain what I wanted, this guy misunderstood the whole conversation, unnecessarily jumped in and started arguing with me. I quickly realised he was in a bad mood and walked out.
Why is this person allowed to be arrogant and disrespectful towards clients ?
This person is not able to regulate his emotions and isn’t a fit for customer service job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not give them even this single star but had no other choice. The staff at this store is extremely rude, specially this girl named Shashi. She has the audacity to deny attwnding the customers and when she is called out for it, she gets back by shouting at the top of her lungs. Moreover, I am writing this review here after I reached out to Nykaa for support and got no positive response. I mean you cannot simply have your customers yelled at by your staff members.
That is UNACCEPTABLE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has horrible after sales service... few days back I purchased an eye pencil from them... they gave me a very old piece which is about to expire in 2 months... I checked it when I came back home... I have called the store 4 to 5 times... they do not revert back... they said they will change it, but after so many calls and days there is no positive response from their end... horrible I would say..

He also guided me to purchase many more products. His guidance helped me to purchase the best products. He was very kind and helpful. He is a good make up artist too. Thanks dear for your help.
