★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Took my Bridgestone tyre that came with Zest car to the dealer as it suddenly showed a bubble within the warranty period. There was no cut inside the tire - and checked with other tire vendors ... they suggested its a manufacturing fault.
Not received the official checking report inspite the checking completed in Feb 2017. Owner just tells that Bridgestone Pune people are not sending the report to him. Inspite of multiple follow-ups same reasons .... seems waste of time !! Switched to better vendor. *** Should mention that owner is courteous though.

PLUS HE DOESN'T HAVE A GARAGE WHERE HE CAN SERVICE,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there for changing my i10 tyres (all 4). Now my car had B250 tyres that came with the car. I was really worried that my tyres were getting punctured more often and they were 8 yrs old. My requirement was simple, I wanted to go on trips - onto rougher terrain. The owner conveyed to me that there are 3 tyres - Ecopia 150, B250, B290. B250 he said is out of production, B290 is not available, and hence I should go with the new Ecopia 150 tyres. The bill he gave me has no mention of the tyre IDs.
Later when I tried to online register, I understood the Bridgestone India customer care (site, their number) is a mess. On top, I found out Ecopia 150 is a conditional warranty tyres, while B250/290 are unconditional warranty. They are much more tougher tyres also. The customer care said that since the dealer might have only Ecopia, he pushed me for this. I sent a message to the dealer hoping to get a response, but nothing.. He just ignored it.
The tyres he gave me might not be bad, he didn't give any competitive pricing even though I changed all 4 of my tyres. The work was done professionally etc., But the consultation he provided was bad.. just restricting me to the options he had. If you are assuming he will understand your requirements, and give you the right suggestion, then you will go for a toss. Hence, he gets only 2 stars.
Last but not least, Bridgestone India is so pathetic when it comes to social media. They don't respond on twitter (even Bridgestone US sent a message). Also their phone line didn't go through for 2 weeks. In US, you can get a full refund on tyres within the 7 days free look period. Here, there are no such policies. On top, they register their tyres without the tyre numbers. Now, I am at the mercy of the dealer to raise any claims. Even when I change cities, only the dealer from where I took my tyres can raise a claim. And the dealer can say that the tyres are not what he gave me.. because nowhere does he record which tyres he gave me.
Update : changing it to 3 stars since tyres seem okay. Would have appreciated if he had a better consultant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service when you need claim the warenty. Believe me I have installed three tyres from this shop for my verna fluidic in the span of 1 year. But one of the tyre got damaged, when I went to claim warenty the shop owner denied at first. By fighting for few minutes he said it's not in his hand, he has to talk with Bridgestone person then he said he doesn't have new tyre available and so many other excuses. If I would gone to install new tyre, he could have installed immediately but as I was claiming warenty, he denied me very angle.
Plz think a lot before purchasing from this shop. I had visited three times as I wanted to claim warenty but he didn't accept it and behaved very rudely.
