★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every Friday I board 11pm bus. But this always comes at 11:30. As it has to come from Coimbatore or madurai. Staff are courteous and the bed is comfortable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The overall experience was ok since the place where I booked the mobile charger was not working ,then screen was broken,the charging point was popping out ...but since he tried to fill the time limit was happy about that.and not to forget the driver is very rude from banglore.not the one who reached us to Mumbai

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied at all with the services by the staff. I was travelling from Bangalore to Belgaum on 4th March 2022 and was on my way to the bus stop, my bus was at 9:45 but the driver turned up super early and asked me to come soon while i was stuck in traffic, he not understanding my problem spoke harsh with me and asked me to come to another stop which was totally unfair. he threatened me to come soon else he’d leave and i had to rush over to the stop and as soon as i reached the stop i rushed to the bus while on the middle of it i lost my gadget. This was terrible experience! I was completely frustrated, this is how you people treat the customers who trust to travel with u?? Very unfair!! I think this is a major concern which shall be looked into. Very unfair, worst experience, disrespectful drivers.
Never gonna book this bus again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice service. On time no delays. The only issue is that the place where they stop for dinner is not good. I got throut infection from their food. Other than that thier bus are clean and on time. Also staff is very cooperative

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible experience. I dont usually take bus but when i do in case of emergency, i prefer paying a bit more but get a better travelling experience (atleast Mercs or Volvos). Travelled Bangalore to Pune. There was no mention that for first 2 hours i will be asked to travel in a pick up to base location of anand rao cricle which was a AC airtight bus just the AC cooling was almost non existent, Me and my wife both puked as soon as we got down at anand rao circle in 2 hours. After that puking for nice 15 mins and settling down another bus came which loaded our luggage and alloted us seats after which the driver told me that that bus will leave in 30 mins (8 pm). Given we were not feeling to well, we went looking for some shop or restaurant for aerated drink which was not open anywhere nearby, hence we walked to nearby restaurant to order fresh lime soda to feel better. it was just 15 mins after i left bus that i got a call from driver who told me (extremely arrogantly) bus left without me and they realized me missing from bus very late and hence he is waiting at a little further down the road and told me to run and come fast. As soon as i reached the bus, the cleaner started shouting me at the top of his voice for roaming around away from the bus, i got into argument with him for the way he is shouting to which even driver joined him. I felt like taking my luggage away and taking some other bus or flight maybe but being already delayed for emergency, i gulped down this disrespect and went infuriating to my seat. After me later this conductor also argued with some lady in one of the top birth seat. Apart from this incident, the bus was clean but not at all comfort of Volvo (it was very very jumpy even with the middle sleeper seat) AC was not cold at all. I have vowed now to never ever travel using Orange Bus and will try to post this every possible platform i get so that people are educated about the behavior and comfort of this bus even after premium price which was almost twice of normal AC bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty curtains, bedsheets,pillows, blankets. No resolution after complaining. Bus staff asked me to either use what is provided or asked me to carry my own stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the most used travel service in my life. I used to travel to Warangal (Telangana) via Hyderabad almost every month and vice versa. Very well maintained comfortable buses. Clean sheets and blankets provided every time. A small snack is also provided if you're boarding in the evenings. On the whole, it's a great experience and I would recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does.not.stop in good.eating joints and wash room and no regular stopping.. this is pathetic. One trace 8n such luxury bus playing high and people can afford good food place. Drivers and staff r hand 8n gloves with restaurants. I could c lots of good restaurants but.never stopped.. really upset. Pl correct this as there r no hygienic washrooms stops.. I will b posting this also to redbus
