few months ago I bought the Healthy Slim Shake Mango flavour and I worked out and did the shake diet, and one small meal a day. I lost 6kgs in just 1 month. Here I am doing it again with a kesar pista flavour this time!
Must recommended for overweight people.

Goes good with water(normal/cold), does not mix well with milk (tried with different shakers).
Taste: Too sweet?No issue with flavor.
Effectiveness:
I can see remarkable result in weight loss in 1 month. lost almost 6.4 kg in a month Satisfied!
