Their designs are modern and fit for all occasions. Not to forget the uniqueness of the diamond collection they have..
However their gold jewellery still holds a strong traditional touch... I am always welcomed in the store and helped by Sunita and Ritesh for a smooth transaction including all offers at that time...
Would strongly recommend the brand and store for diamond collection.. Happy Shopping...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very disappointed with noida ORRA store and wanted to return the product I purchased. But none is ready to assist, even I met Anuj Manager at bundgarden ORRA store PUNE. He said he would help and get this issue resolved but he's also one of sales representative who just gave false commitment and false assurance. Finally I understand no matter where you go lazy people will never change. FYA- am really disappointed with ORRA STAFF ANUJ (why he made false promise to his customer) it shows no matter what, will keep doing the same. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessarily I spent too much money in buying platinum and daimond. Not properly natructures or transparent in details (like cost would include so grams of gold, so grams of platinum and diamond and price per each category). Even when I exchanged my old gold, they give stupid reasons that your exchange value is less because discount has covered it. Ultimately I will NEVER VISIT ORRA AGAIN. Wasted my money there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer Sevice of Pune Bundgarden Branch they do not keep commitments . We had approached this branch for exchange of ear ring with finger ring ,we selected the design but the size was not available, the representative promised to get the right size within 15 days we called many times , till now there is no news from them, it is already 3 months passed , we lost trust in this company. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lost complete trust on Orra bund garden store. I have agreed to engage in Orra dimond bhishi in November 2020. So, I paid advance payment through cheque as 3K. Same time I purchased diamond ring and paid full amount. The design I finalized didn't had my size so they assured me to delivered the my size diamond ring on next day. We waited and waited and after 3 weeks also they didn't delivered my ring. I called them 2-3 times on alternate day and their answer was same that they have less people for delivery. So finally with frustration I asked them my refund for ring and cancel my bhishi and refund that amount too. Immediately next day they sent me ring at my home and asked me to continue bhishi too. But my stand was firm as I was very disappointed with their service and commitment. From that time till now I am trying to get my bhishi refund. They took my cancelled cheque and all other required documents 3 months back but still not refunding. Whenever I am following with them they ask for some other document and then they stop reply. Frustrating service. Not suggesting this store to anyone at all.

I have bought a platinum diamond ring from this store. Please do not fall for the sales pitch of the staff. Lot of things that they say are not in their policy which u come to know when u try to exchange or change the ring for new design.
The valuation during the sale is so absurd that i laughed at the sales person. A ring bought at 40k is valued at 18k during the sale. The discount policy during the buying time is calculated at sale for what reason i don’t understand.
I felt cheated . This feels like fraud. The sales person couldn’t even find the company policy during the whole time. Also please make sure to read the backside of the bill details because that means world to them and they lie about it during the sale.
Save your money avoid Orra jewellery.
I am regretting .
